The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile professional to lead and drive success in a consulting capacity on a 4-month contract.

This dynamic role will involve a blend of strategic, client-focused, and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Conducting reviews, gap analyses, and developing tailored consulting solutions to address unique client requirements.
• Leading client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of consultants, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Driving strategic development of the consulting practice, contributing to its direction and revenue growth.
• Managing multiple simultaneous consulting projects, focusing on resource allocation and risk mitigation.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, especially within the dementia care space.
• Staying informed of market trends and best practices to enhance consulting strategies.
• Ensuring adherence to high-quality and ethical standards throughout consulting engagements.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, to support sales and expand the practice.
• Guiding strategic planning for key activities and campaigns while managing budgets and aligning operations with organisational goals.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced leader with a background in consulting, project management, and business development within the aged care or healthcare sectors. A successful candidate will have:

• Advanced knowledge of the dementia care sector or related experience is highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management (i.e. Government Projects)
• High level of knowledge and experience in organisational change management.
• Ability to lead and influence team members.
• Proven experience in leading consulting engagements and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strategic mindset to drive growth, identify opportunities, and shape the future direction of the business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and adhering to best practices.
• A willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
• A positive attitude and friendly disposition.
