Are you an experienced Strata Manager looking for a flexible short-term role, or a part-time opportunity with a supportive team? My client is seeking either a Temporary Strata Manager (to assist during a transition period) or a 0.8 FTE Strata Manager to join their established organisation in Perth's coastal south.

This is a fantastic chance to step into a well-run strata portfolio and provide essential support while a permanent manager is recruited.

About the Role:

• Temporary assignment or ongoing 0.8 FTE position available
• Flexible start date - mid September start desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets, issue levy notices, and monitor financial statements
• Coordinate and attend AGMs, special meetings, and committee meetings
• Maintain accurate records, by-laws, and insurance policies
• Ensure compliance with the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) and other relevant legislation
• Arrange maintenance, repairs, and contractor management for common property
• Handle insurance renewals and claims
• Act as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
• Provide professional communication and conflict resolution support

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in strata, property, or administration roles (strata management experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA)
• SCAWA A100 Certification (essential)
• Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (preferred but not required)
• Experience using StrataVote, Strata Master, and Strata Connect
• Excellent organisational, financial management, and communication skills
• Current WA Driver’s Licence & Police Check
