About the role:

Assist clients regarding their artwork & garment requirements for screen-printing, digital printing, embroidery and other decorating options. - You will be trained in taking orders confidently whilst being able to produce artwork & proofs for final production.

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm, your main responsibilities will include:

Produce artwork & proofs for final production.

Assist clients regarding their artwork - walk ins & phone.

Assist clients regarding their garments / apparel - walk ins & phone.

Assist printers regarding strike off & approvals.

Assist sales staff with artwork requirements regarding quote approval.

To be considered for this great role, you will have:

Previous experience in print / apparel / sales is advantageous.

Photoshop & Illustrator experience.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.

Great organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.

A genuine desire to assist others combined with excellent customer service skills.
