Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in remedial or heritage construction?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality remedial and heritage projects across the Sydney metro area.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of works including waterproofing, cladding, façade upgrades, heritage restoration, and structural remediation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in successfully managing remedial projects from initiation to completion, working closely with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the remedial construction sector.
• Strong understanding of remedial methodologies including waterproofing, cladding replacement, structural repairs, and façade works.
• Previous involvement in heritage restoration projects highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications and a current White Card.
