The Role

Our client currently has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Project Manager, desirably someone coming from a Tier 1 or 2 Builder with strong skills in stakeholder management, particularly of the client, principal contractor and government agencies. It would be highly beneficial if you have experience in large scale Façade Upgrade, Cladding Replacement and Remedial Building projects.

Reporting directly into the Construction Director, this Project Manager would be responsible for the successful leadership and delivery of large scale, complex Façade Upgrade, Cladding Replacement and Remedial Building projects with a focus on key deliverables including all facets of safety, quality, operational, financial and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Essential - 8+ years experience working as a Project Manager managing large scale complex Facade Upgrade, Cladding Replacement and Remedial Building projects.
• Highly Desirable (not essential) - Experience in managing Remedial Building projects.
• Essential - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Construction Management or a related field.
• A proactive and professional Project Manager with the proven ability to communicate with all stakeholders including engineers, clients, consultants, sub-contractors and operational staff alike.
• Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.
• Strong ability to influence and lead teams.
