Our client, an established civils, utilities and underground services contractor, has an immediate requirement for an experienced Safety Advisor with a 4 - 5yrs experience who can also demonstrate previous experience on civil projects from $2m -$10m+.

Within this growing company the management has over 40yrs utilities and services experience and since inception they have secured lucrative contracts both in the Perth metro region and regional WA wide with a variety of clients both within the private and public sector including local government contracts and multiple utility companies.

Reporting into the Safety Manager, this position will suit an individual (male or female) with a persuasive approach and a "can do" attitude when dealing with employees and clients alike.

Candidates will have a "hands on" approach and will come from a civil construction background and be comfortable in both corporate office and site-based environments. Ideally, applicants will currently be working in a Safety Advisor's position with a recognised established civils contractor, ideally Tier 1 or 2.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a 4-5 yrs current Safety Advisor experience within the WA / Perth civil contracting sector.

The successful candidate will possess the following-

• Cert 4 / Diploma / Degree in OH&S or Equivalent
• 4-5yrs OH&S experience
• Civil construction experience essential
• Utilities and underground services advantageous
• Contractor experience NOT client side
• Full Australian working rights
• Computer literate
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
