Our client is a recognised civils, earthworks and sub-division contractor with with a history of successful delivery of multiple sub-division and earthworks projects throughout the Greater Perth region.

Due to company growth they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Civil Estimator who can demonstrate a minimum 3-4 yrs experience on on both sub-division and/or earthworks projects, preferably within the Perth area.

As in this role your projects will include the pricing of sub-division projects, previous tendering experience with drainage, sewage and underground utilities will be advantageous. This role is not just sitting in a corner number crunching as you will also be involved in Bid Management working alongside senior management when required.

Due to the level of this position this role is suited for someone with a minimum 3-4 yrs+ estimating experience.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Tertiary / Degree educated In civil engineering preferred
• Earthworks, Sub-divisor or similar
• 3-4 yrs proven estimating experience
• Stable employment history
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Perth based with local experience
• Australian experience essential
