ABOUT THE ROLE

Eilbeck Cranes Moorlands, Ingleburn is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical & Hydraulics, with fitting and hydraulic expertise to lead our team in servicing and maintaining shredders and heavy recycling equipment.

ABOUT THE JOB

· Lead and supervise a small maintenance team.

· Carry out fitting and hydraulic servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs.

· Oversee lockout/tagout (LOTO) and ensure WHS compliance.

· Oversee hard facing.

· Plan and manage scheduled and breakdown maintenance.

· Work closely with suppliers and contractors to keep equipment running at peak efficiency.

· Travel to regional areas extended periods.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

· Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Hydraulic Technician, or similar)

· Strong experience with hydraulics, gearboxes, and rotating plant

· Proven leadership or supervisory experience

· Commitment to safety and quality

Advantageous

· Electrical/PLC knowledge

· Forklift or rigging tickets

· Experience in recycling, mining, or heavy industry
