About the Role
We’re looking for a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established company specialising in crushing, screening, and heavy plant equipment. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Wetherill Park, with a mix of workshop (60%) and site work (40%).
You’ll be servicing and maintaining crushers, screens, and other heavy fixed/mobile plant equipment — ideal for someone hands-on, mechanically minded, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and maintain heavy plant and fixed equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out preventative maintenance
• Conduct field service work as required
• Adhere to WHS standards at all times
• Complete job documentation and reports accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or similar
• Experience with crushers, screens, fixed plant, or heavy mobile plant
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Current driver’s licence (HR advantageous)
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
