We are recruiting for a Support Officer – Business support at our Osborne Park office.
You will be at the heart of a dynamic environment. This isn’t just an admin job, it’s a chance to be part of a team that is making a real impact in our Community.

While running the Front Counter, you will also support managers with planning and logistics for meetings and catering, along with typing minutes and so forth.
You will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders. Your warm welcome will really set the tone!

What the role will involve.
Business Support:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Lead Team and staff, helping coordinate meetings, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assist with project delivery through planning, documentation, and communication support.
- Manage invoices and credit notes, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives that enhance the Business Unit’s performance.
Administrative Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external parties, delivering a professional reception service.
- Provide comprehensive admin support including calendar management, travel bookings, and event coordination.
- Maintain document control and internal communications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and general housekeeping to keep the workspace running smoothly.
Ideally, you will possess:
Qualification in Business or relative area
OR
Considerable experience in customer service
OR
Considerable experience in and demonstrated capability of providing a business administration and support function within a multi-disciplined business organisation
Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
