The Project

Their NSW team has recently secured a $200M+ water pipeline project for Sydney Water, located in North West Sydney. This landmark project is part of a wider program of works, and due to its size and complexity, a Senior Contracts Administrator is now required to join the high-performing commercial team.

The Role

As a Senior CA, you will play a key role in overseeing the full contract lifecycle, supporting commercial outcomes, and liaising with project and client teams to ensure compliance, budget control, and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end contract management and administration
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and variations management
• Subcontractor procurement and package administration
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Support monthly commercial reporting and project audits

Ideal Background:

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 10+ years' experience in contract administration, preferably in civil infrastructure
• Experience working on projects over $50M with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of working within collaborative delivery models (e.g., alliances, D&C)
