THE COMPANY:

STEELBRO/Howard Porter is a manufacturer of transport solutions and has been for over 140 years and currently has available a position for a Sales and Customer Care Administrator located In NSW.

THE ROLE:

The successful applicant will be serving external customers and with the emphasis on active listening, planning and and scheduling the repairs and service of transport solutions and providing administration support to an automotive repairs and servicing outlet whilst ensuring all customers receive great service and attention to detail.

This position requires data entry, job and project planning and of course delivering super service to our customers.

Your automotive background that is likely to include, sales, negotiation, scheduling and superior communication skills will be well utilized. Planning and problem solving and with solutions focus as well as your computer literacy will also be great value.

Other essential behaviors and skills required include:

friendly, helpful, articulate and with a customer and sales focus,

well organised, accurate and precise,

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Able to plan and coordinate repairs and servicing in a automotive and workshop environment,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
