As an Account Executive, you’ll step into a warm portfolio and work closely with the Director to deliver exceptional outcomes across a mix of SME and mid-market clients. You’ll also have account management support on larger accounts, so you can focus on strategy, relationships, and real client impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of a commercial portfolio and deliver client outcomes end-to-end
• Develop tailored solutions for unique and complex risks
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients
• Collaborate with your team to deliver seamlessly across service, placement, and advice
• Contribute to ongoing business growth through retention and referrals

Location Details

• Preferably based on the Sunshine Coast
• Brisbane-based? You’ll need to visit the Coast office 1–2 days per month
• Remote-friendly for experienced candidates in Mackay or nearby regions
• Hybrid model available – flexibility is the default here
