About the Company

Our client is a respected, HVRAS accredited specialist in the servicing, maintenance, and repair of heavy diesel trucks and trailers. With a growing client base and busy Wacol workshop, they’re looking for a motivated Mechanical Trade Assistant to join their team.

The Role

As a Trade Assistant, you’ll be working closely with qualified mechanics to assist with:

• Servicing and maintenance of trucks and trailers
• Workshop tasks including cleaning parts and tools
• General hands-on support in a busy mechanical workshop

This role suits someone who isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty and is keen to learn new skills.

What You’ll Need

✔️ Previous experience in a mechanical workshop (truck/trailer experience ideal)

✔️ Comfortable working around engines, oil, and grease daily

✔️ Keen to learn from experienced tradespeople

✔️ Ability to follow instructions and work safely

✔️ Current driver’s licence + reliable transport
