Care Manager - Aged Care

Are you a passionate and experienced Care Manager ready to take the next step in your aged care career? This is your opportunity to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider in Young, NSW, and make a meaningful difference every day.

In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents. You will mentor and support Registered Nurses and care staff, while maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in a clinical leadership role in residential aged care.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & knowledge of AN-ACC funding
• Ability to lead & inspire a clinical team, with strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
• Full vaccination history (Influenza & COVID)
