About the role:
As Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager to oversee clinical operations and lead a dedicated team of nurses and care staff. This role is ideal for an RN with aged care experience who is eager to grow into a senior leadership position within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of resident care
• Oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Mentor, support and develop a team of nurses and care staff
• Conduct and review care plans, assessments and clinical documentation
• Drive quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with residents and families to support individual needs and preferences

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Proven aged care experience (senior RN, Acting Care Manager or similar)
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
• Excellent communication, leadership and team mentoring skills
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and driving positive outcomes
