The Role:
Answering the phone and distributing calls
Attending to walk-in enquiries
Supporting property management & sales team
Producing letters and sending notifications
Prepare and process Form 6s, Form 9/10s and Contract
Launch marketing campaigns
Communicate with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties
Assist with trust accounting
Maintain accurate records to high standards
Keep office clean and tidy
Collaborate staffs across multiple offices
Experience & Skills
Experience in Real Estate preferred
Certificate of Registration desirable
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Well presented with a positive customer service attitude
Microsoft Office experience
Attention to details is key
