We started small but are now the largest Q-Ride provider in SEQ meaning we can operate 7 days a week and have full-time positions available, with multiple locations across Brisbane.

You will be joining a patient, friendly team of Instructors who are passionate about riding and motorcycle safety.
Mentoring and Q-Ride Rider Trainer Curriculum Training will be provided to the successful applicants to ensure you are comfortable and confident before having to deliver the curriculum to our students.
To be considered you must
Hold a valid open R class motorcycle driver licence issued in Australia and have held the licence for a continuous period of at least 1 year with a history of no continual traffic infringements
Due to the outdoor nature of the position, instructor(s) are required to work in all types of weather
Have high standards and work ethics.
Have to ability to follow instructions, deliver set criteria and work to set time frames
Be reliable and have exceptional communication skills
Be team orientated but also able to work independently
And hold at least one of these qualifications OR be willing to obtain the required qualifications:
Current driver trainer accreditation to provide driver training for a class R motorcycle; OR
All 3 units of competency below:
TLIC0035—Apply low-risk motorcycle riding behaviours; and
TLIM0013—Conduct motorcycle rider training; and
TLIM0020—Develop low-risk motorcycle riding behaviours in others; OR
TLI41222—Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training (Specialisation group C - Motorcycles)

* Instructor Course: You'll need to complete a recognised instructor course if you haven’t done so already, to obtain the necessary qualifications.
