Pinpoint Personnel is a locally owned and operated labour hire company specialising in blue-collar industrial sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. We are seeking 2 motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Brendale.
White Collar - In order to satisfy our clients as a 'one stop shop' recruitment agency, we are currently recruiting or turning away 1-2 Accounting and Finance, Admin and Sales Roles weekly, this is without marketing ourselves as a white collar agency. You will be required to do a little bit of BD, however you'll have a steady stream of solid leads and ongoing training and support.
Blue Collar - Depending on experience we'd be open to an Account Manager/Resourcer, or an experienced 360 recruiter. We have a high client retention rate several high profile clients with 10-20 jobs coming in weekly.
About the Role(s)
As a Recruitment Consultant at Pinpoint Personnel, your primary focus will be on candidate sourcing. You will identify and engage with skilled workers to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This role involves proactive outreach, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various industrial positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels.
- Build and maintain a network of skilled and experienced workers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet client needs.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to candidate sourcing activities.

About You
