Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Essential Services Compliance Manager. This position is located in their busy Parramatta office for an initial 12 month contract.

About the Position
The Essential Services Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) process across a wide portfolio of operational sites. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and manages stakeholder coordination, inspections, and documentation.

Duties

• Oversee AFSS process and documentation
• Coordinate reports from contractors and tenants
• Review fire safety testing and inspection data
• Manage sign-off by accredited practitioners
• Provide technical advice on fire safety standards

Requirements/Skills

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and BCA
• Cleared Police Check
