We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and a strong track record in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering secure, scalable integration solutions for HR and Payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Deliver seamless integration between Oracle HCM and Payroll platforms, with connectivity to ERP, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and analytics tools.
• Develop reusable integration components to support scalability and future initiatives.
• Oversee integration patterns including APIs, middleware, and event-driven workflows.
• Ensure integrations align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to stakeholders and project teams.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Integration Architect with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
• Strong background in HR and Payroll platform integration, including data migration.
• Expertise in OIC components – adapters, APIs, connectors, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with integration patterns across ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based environments, middleware, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to clearly articulate solutions.
