Key Responsibilities
• Manage debtor accounts, monitor credit limits and process applications with reference checks
• Conduct professional collection calls and maintain strong client relationships
• Process receipts, reconcile accounts and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Implement improved procedures and provide regular reporting on account issues
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Proven experience in debtor management and credit control functions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
