🛠️ About the Role

We are seeking support workers to work SLEEP OVER SHIFTS ONLY across our SIL homes in: Mount Louisa, Kirwan, Oonoonba & Mt Low.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting people with intellectual disabilities by assisting with:

Personal care and daily living tasks

Community access and social activities

Transport and appointments

Behavioural and emotional support

✅ What You’ll Need

To succeed, you’ll bring both passion and professionalism, along with:

Certificate III in Disability (or related qualification)

Minimum 12 months’ experience in the disability sector

Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities

Current First Aid Certificate

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Access to a comprehensively insured, roadworthy vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Valid Australian working rights
