Why this role matters

We’re looking for someone who’s more than a compliance box-ticker. This is about shaping how quality assurance and compliance function across the entire business – without slowing people down. You’ll be the bridge between compliance, commercial outcomes and innovation, ensuring high standards are met while enabling productivity and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

Owning the company-wide QA and compliance framework.

Partnering with sales leaders, partners and internal teams to interpret and apply compliance in a commercial way.

Spotting trends in call centre agent performance and driving coaching improvements.

Managing escalations, governance and audits (around 15% of the role).

Driving efficiencies by embedding technology and AI into compliance processes.

Acting as the voice of QA & Compliance within the leadership group.

What’s in it for you

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + super.

Bonus: Up to 20% based on company + personal KPIs.

Extra Leave: 1 extra day per year of service, plus free time off between Christmas and New Year (around 5 days).

Who you’ll be working with

You’ll report directly into the Chief Product Officer, working closely with a QA & Compliance Coach in Sydney and a QA Team Leader in Manila. You’ll also collaborate with senior leadership, digital/AI specialists and retailers.
