The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. You will oversee civil construction projects from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to influence project outcomes and mentor a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil construction projects, including roads, drainage, and subdivision works.

Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project reporting.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes.

About You:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.

Strong knowledge of NSW civil construction standards, WHS, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems proactively.

Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field are highly desirable.
