A privately owned HVAC contractor has established operations across three major Australian cities and is continuing to expand its footprint. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical services, the company works across a diverse portfolio of projects including education, retail, commercial, and data centres.

The Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join the Sydney branch. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of mechanical projects ranging from $1 million to $10 million. This role offers exposure to the fast-growing Data Centre market, alongside more traditional project sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Coordinate internal engineering, drafting, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience in the Australian HVAC industry.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in the $1M–$10M range.
• Strong technical knowledge across mechanical services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Tier I or Tier II builders/contractors will be highly regarded.
