Our service offerings span from solution design to end to end project management and after sales service & support.

We’re currently looking for a Group Accounts Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities across all group entities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting, statutory compliance, and efficient accounts payable/receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Manage Job P&L, WIP, month-end journals, prepayments, and accruals.

- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports.

- ‘Procure to pay’ process including AP and AR functions

- Prepare and lodge BAS, GST/VAT, Payroll Tax, FBT, and jurisdiction-specific filings for offshore entities

- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams.

- Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Work Experience:

¨ CA/CPA Qualified accountant

¨ 5–7+ years in senior accounting or group finance role with multi-entity exposure.

¨ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and reporting.

¨ Proficiency in ERP (Odoo preferred), MYOB, and advanced Excel skills.

¨ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
