At the intersection of logistics and customer service, you’ll oversee the smooth coordination of charter services, lead a passionate team of drivers, and ensure every trip runs like clockwork. From school excursions to corporate events, you’ll be the go-to expert making memorable travel experiences happen.
Ventura’s Charter Supervisors responsibilities:
- Lead and support Ventura’s charter drivers
- Coordinate charter bookings and schedules with precision
- Liaise with the clientele to deliver professional and exceptional service
- Solve problems on the fly and keep operations moving
- Ensure compliance, safety, and service excellence
The successful applicant will have:
- Strong leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong understanding of national heavy vehicle regulations
- Prior experience in customer service, account management or sales roles (highly advantageous)
- Experience working in logistics, transportation or tourism
- A knack for organisation and multitasking
- High level of professionalism
- A customer-first mindset and strong relationship building skills
- Experience in transport, logistics, or operations (bonus!)
