We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our small but dynamic warehouse and production team. What You'll Do

· Supervise day-to-day operations across receiving, picking, packing, production, and dispatch.

· Lead, coach, and inspire warehouse and production staff to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.

· Maintain accurate inventory, optimise workflow, and make the best use of space.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.

· Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to meet business demands.

· Identify and implement process improvements that lift performance.

· Tackle operational challenges such as delays, damages, or inventory issues quickly and effectively.

· Oversee documentation, stock records, and reporting to support smooth operations.

What You'll Bring

· Experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Knowledge of labour planning and performance management.

· Confidence with computer systems and inventory software.

· Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

· A current Forklift licence (LF) and unrestricted driver's licence.

· Australian work rights are required for this position.
