We're working with a national contractor with projects across QLD, NSW & VIC to source and experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-profile industrial redevelopment project in Archerfield.

This is an exciting role with a highly reputable company, offering further opportunities for career progression while leading a technically complex project delivering both civil and structural works on a live operational site.

The Role:

Manage day-to-day operations, development and delivery of site programme and ensure key milestones are met.

Oversee safety, WHS compliance, inductions & toolbox talks

Coordinate civil, structural, and building subcontractors on a live operational site

Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders to provide ongoing progress reports

Closely monitor quality control and implement defect management processes.

About you:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on civil or industrial construction projects

Experience managing live operational or complex sites is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of civil works (pavements, drainage, earthworks) and building construction

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Sound understanding of Australian Standards, WHS, and site compliance
