The Company

The Role

As the Site Manager you will have experience successfully running Medium rise, high quality, owner occupier apartments for either a Builder Developer or a Tier 2 D&C Building Contractor. You will have 3 + years’ experience in the role, demonstrate long tenure in your resume and be supported by excellent references.

Delivering a high-quality product, on time will be your number 1 priority. Your ability to run a well programmed, organised, tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with safety, program and quality targets.

You will have experience leading high performing teams by developing a culture on site that is fine tuned for success.

Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team and subcontractors. Superior written and verbal communication provide clarity to your team and subcontractors.

Your program will allow for the highest level of productivity and will give your subcontractors the best opportunity for a safe and clean run at their tasks.

You will manage industrial relations in a manner appropriate for a non EBA site.

The Project

You will be Site Manager on a circa $40m luxury apartment building in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane. 2 Basement levels, 8 Levels above ground with roof terrace and pool. 55 apartments.

Most importantly you will be a humble team player!

The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 2 developer Builder or principal building contractor and will have 3 years + experience working on similar projects valued at $30M+

Remuneration

There is a salary package of up to $200k - $220k + Super + Project completion bonuses for the right candidate.
