The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team in Gladesville. In this role, you will manage contracts across all stages of our projects, ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and supporting project managers and senior staff.
A minimum of 3-5 years of contracts administration experience is required.
You'll play a vital part in the smooth delivery of projects, assisting with tender processes, contract negotiations, and the monitoring of budgets and contractor performance. This is a key role for someone who enjoys variety and working closely with a collaborative team.
Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who do not currently hold Australian work rights.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of $95,000 – $100,000 per year, plus superannuation.
Full-time position, minimum 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies, legal requirements, and financial objectives.
Coordinate contract variations, extensions, and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Provide advice and support to project managers, engineers, and senior management on contract-related matters.
Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
Participate in tendering and bidding processes, assessing submissions, and recommending suitable contractors.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
General experience with contract management software is required.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within painting, or remedial works.
Strong understanding of contract compliance, risk management, and tendering processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
