Ad body and sign off: This is a chance to step into a high-performing procurement team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll lead category strategies across the Directs portfolio, managing supplier performance, reducing costs, and driving innovation through the supply base.

It’s a strategic role, focused on planning, risk mitigation, and commercial outcomes. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business and be central to product development and supply continuity.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies to ensure competitive costs and reliable supply;
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management, with a focus on risk reduction and long-term partnerships;
• Actively manage supplier performance to meet business KPIs; and
• Deliver commercial outcomes through cost savings, process efficiency, and supply chain resilience.

What we’re looking for

• Degree-qualified (Business, Engineering, Science, or related);
• 3–5 years in procurement, ideally with exposure to chemicals or manufacturing;
• Strong experience sourcing packaging or direct materials;
• Commercially sharp with proven contract negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence outcomes across a business; and
• SAP ERP exposure a bonus.
