Duties and Responsibilies:

Oversee daily operations and standards of the bar & restaurant floor;

Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.

Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Ensure a clean and organized dining environment.

Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Process payments and manage cash transactions.

Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Provide an elevated and premium guest experience;

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and maintain high customer satisfaction;

Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance with hygiene standards and food handling practices.

Stay updated with industry trends, new dining concepts, and competitors' offerings to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and innovative;

Skills & Requirements

2+ years experience working in fine dining or similar role.

RSA certificate is required for the role.

Must be available to work Tuesdays - Sundays between 4pm and 9pm.

Understanding of food hygiene including knowledge of allergies.

Experience working as part of a team with can-do attitude.

Ability to work in faced paced dynamic work environment.
