About the role

Tumbling Waters Retreat is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused waitstaff to join our team at our stunning retreat in Stanwell Tops, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a beautiful, natural setting.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to guests

Preparing and serving food and beverages

Ensuring the dining areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked

Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar waitstaff or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service

Flexible and adaptable to changing demands

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
