About the role

Leura Gourmet - Cafe and deli in the heart of the Blue Mountains, is seeking experienced, passionate and dedicated waitstaff to join our team. As a casual waiter/waitress, you will be a key part of delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Barista skills desired but not essential.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to our customers

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar waitstaff role

Barista experience desired but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
