About the role

In this role, your duties as a Boardroom/Corporate Waitstaff Member will include but not be limited to:

serving food & beverages professionally in corporate settings

managing boardroom setups and refreshment services

delivering high-level customer service with confidence and professionalism

collaborating with our waiting team in fast-paced environments

crafting specialty coffee beverages (for barista positions).

Barista skills are a nice-to-have for general waitstaff positions and are only required for specific barista roles

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 1–2 years previous corporate/fine dining service experience

A minimum of 1-2 years experience in corporate or fine dining service is required

Current NSW RSA certificate essential

Proven ability to carry 3 plates and drinks trays (will be tested during onboarding)

Complete black-and-white uniform (black pants, white long-sleeved shirt, black tie, vest and closed-toe shoes)

Bonus skills & experience

Strong barista skills (incl. latte art & coffee machine experience)

Supervisor/leadership experience in events or corporate venues

Police Check and/or WWC Check (preferred for some sites)
