About the role

We are seeking an experienced full-time Sous Chef, Monday to Friday, days only, to join our team at Super 8. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering food prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation and food safety.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of delicious meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients

Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate junior chefs

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations and meet service deadlines

Assist with menu development and implementation

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

A commitment to consistency, excellence, and maintaining a positive kitchen culture

Work with front of house, hand in hand, to deliver the best customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Enthusiasm for creating delicious and innovative dishes
