- at least 3 years' floor or bar experience,

- basic knowledge in wines and beverages,

- strong communication and interpersonal skills,

- well-groomed appearance.

Job duties:

Attending to bar or floor operations;

Providing professional and attentive food and beverage service, including advanced fine dining service where required;

Assisting stock control and ordering;

Ensuring compliance with RSA, WHS, food safety and hygiene standards;

Providing excellent customer service and resolving guest issues.

Senior bartender and supervisor roles are also available for candidates with advanced skills and extensive experience. Casual and part-time positions are available as well. (Please specify on your cover letter.)
