Spritz Cleaning Co is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable Senior Cleaner to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available — please specify your preference in your application.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Manage a portfolio of recurring customer cleans (residential and commercial).

Deliver high-quality cleaning services to customer premises.

Train and mentor junior cleaners.

Supervise and lead teams on multi-cleaner jobs.

Handle customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.

Work mostly independently with a portfolio of regular clients.

Be available for some weekend work (not every weekend).

Assist in building social media content during spare time.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years residential cleaning experience.

Minimum 2 years commercial cleaning experience.

Experience supervising and training other cleaners.

Proficiency with the ServiceM8 app.

A valid driver’s licence.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in their work.

Strong communication skills when dealing with customers and team members.

Solid knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, including how to tackle the toughest jobs safely and effectively.

Reliability and a self-motivated attitude.
