About the Role

• Full-time ECT position within a 3 or 4-year-old Kindergarten program
• Join a collaborative team of ECTs, with strong career progression opportunities (including leadership) available
• Be part of an innovative bush kinder program, encouraging children to explore, learn and connect with their local community and outdoor environment
• Deliver engaging programs where children transition seamlessly from long day care into Kindergarten, ensuring continuity and quality of care
• Work within a service guided by a Children First philosophy, valuing each child’s individuality, strengths, and interests

About You

• Bachelor/Master of Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• VIT
• Experience in a long day care and/or kindergarten setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and play-based learning
• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that connect children with the outdoors
• A team-focused educator who values collaboration, creativity, and supporting colleagues
