We’re looking for a student-focused Learning Support Officer to join a collaborative Higher Education team. If you love variety, thrive on helping people, and want a role that’s more than just admin, this is for you.

You'll be part of a passionate, encouraging, supportive team in the education field

In this role you’ll:

Be the go-to contact for students & lecturers.

Set up classes and support learners face-to-face and online.

Troubleshoot LMS/virtual classroom issues (Moodle, Teams, Zoom).

Keep units on track with compliance and record-keeping.

Work with a friendly, social team that’s got your back.

You’ll bring:

Strong written communication skills (ESL student background).

Confidence engaging with students daily (face-to-face & online).

Tech savvy with Teams, Zoom, or LMS (training provided).

Background in Education (VET or Higher Ed) or corporate learning.
