We are now looking for an experienced and driven Developer Programmer to join our company to assist us with the design, configuration, and enhancement of our many digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights) to meet specific business needs.
Develop and maintain Power Pages Sites, B2C custom policies, PowerApps, Power Automate flows, Logic Apps, workflows, plug-ins, and custom actions to enhance productivity
Implement and manage security roles, business units, field-level security, and access controls to ensure appropriate data access, compliance, and user governance within the Dynamics CRM environment.
Lead stakeholder engagement to analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with D365 capabilities and validating that fixes and enhancements meet end-user expectations.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables, aligning with best practices and considering cross-functional dependencies.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system requirements, process workflows, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with project teams.
Provide responsive user support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions to ensure continuous improvement.
Work in an Agile development environment, leading solution design, interpreting requirements and developing solutions in line with the product backlog and team vision.
Oversee release management and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, minimise downtime, and ensure quality and consistency across environments.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support effective communication, stakeholder involvement, and change management.
Provide authoritative advice and technical leadership to ensure clarity of objectives and the successful implementation of CRM solutions.
For this opportunity you will need:
● At least 5 years of experience in the industry
● At least a relevant Bachelor's degree qualification
● Have experience in D365 Contact Center solution and omnichannel capabilities.
● Well-versed with Microsoft Azure integration capabilities and Azure infrastructure capabilities.
● Have knowledge and experience integrating AWS from Azure.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, work independently and prioritise tasks.
