Job Title: Developer Programmer Intern

About the Role

As part of our growth and development, we are looking for a passionate Developer Programmer Intern to join our team in Melbourne. You will be working on Model Reports software and automating manual processes, helping enhance efficiency and scalability. Working alongside experienced developers, you will contribute to the design and development of full-stack solutions that align with business requirements.

What You’ll Do

Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions for Grey Imports.

Work on technical problems, features, and various aspects of the Grey Imports codebase using:

JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Web APIs, HTML, and CSS.

Design and implement efficient unit and functional tests for software changes.

Debug code, identify defects, and resolve data issues while providing technical support.

Recommend changes and enhancements to improve technical standards and development best practices.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, your background and experience should include:

0-1 year of experience in Information Technology or a related field.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Strong understanding of software development best practices.

Hands-on experience or familiarity with the following technologies:

JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Web APIs.

Ability to plan and design system architecture effectively.

A passion for coding, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
