Westvic Diesel is seeking a self-motivated and capable admin professional to take ownership of our administration functions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised and wants to make a real impact by streamlining and improving systems.
Your Role
You’ll work closely with our workshop and management team, managing all key admin duties while keeping our front office running smoothly.
Key tasks:
Invoicing, data entry, job tracking
Answering phones/emails
Ordering parts, liaising with suppliers
Filing and records management
Supporting workshop scheduling
Process improvement
Local and Melbourne parts collection (company vehicle provided for any driving required)
What You’ll Bring
Admin experience (automotive and workshop software background a bonus)
Confident with Microsoft office and outlook
Strong organisation and communication skills
Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused
Current driver’s licence
