Lankan cuisine with a modern touch to traditional recipes is looking to employ a full

time qualified and experienced Chef to join its team.

Annual salary: $76,515 pa plus superannuation

To be considered for this role you must have;

 Trade Qualifications as a Chef.

 Minimum 1 years full time local Australian experience in a busy kitchen.

 Knowledge of Sri-Lankan cuisine will be a definite advantage.

 Ability to prepare all dishes displayed on menu

 Experience in planning menus, developing recipes, preparing, cooking and

maintaining food quality

 Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

 Instruct cooks and other kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, garnishing

and presentation of food.

 Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

 Select and train kitchen staff as and when required

 Ability to maintain a clean kitchen and use kitchen appliances and equipment

safely.

 Ability to maintain a COVID safe workplace.

 May need to work varied shifts as also on weekends.
