We pride ourselves on our commitment to organics, sustainability, health, and community, and we’re looking for a Produce Assistant to help support our exceptional produce department and contribute to maintaining our outstanding store standards.

What You’ll Do:

Support Daily Operations: Assist with stocking, rotating, and maintaining the freshness and presentation of our organic produce.

Customer Service: Help customers with inquiries, offer produce advice, and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience.

Quality Control: Perform freshness checks and ensure produce meets our high standards.

Receiving & Stocking: Help receive deliveries, unpack produce, and stock shelves efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other produce team members and follow direction from the Produce Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in fresh food retail or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.

A genuine interest in organic produce and healthy living.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Available to work 4 days per week (ideally including Saturday).
