We’re looking for a creative, reliable and customer-focused team member to join us 3 days per week. This role blends in-store retail sales with hands-on social media support – perfect for someone who loves beautiful spaces, community connection and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, friendly service and build relationships with our regular customers

Communicate with customers across email, phone, and in person, offering thoughtful advice and support

Promote current offers, showcase new items and help drive in-store sales

Keep the store tidy, styled and inviting – including restocking shelves and ensuring everything is priced

Assist with selecting new products for the store based on trends and what sells well with our customers

Assist with setting up visual displays and feature tables that reflect our seasonal looks

Receipt and upload new stock into our system so it’s ready for sale

Assist with inventory checks and notify when stock needs reordering

Support video and reels creation aligned with current trends and campaign themes

Create and schedule content across various platforms

About You

Confident communicator with a warm, friendly approach to customers

Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

Experience in retail and customer service is highly valued

Passionate about interiors, fashion, design and retail trends

Proficient with social media platforms and basic photo/video editing tools preferred
