About the role:

Our client is on the lookout for a motivated Internal Sales & Customer Support Officer to join their team in Keysborough. This full-time position offers a mix of phone support, face-to-face customer service, and administrative duties to ensure daily operations run like clockwork.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for all inbound phone & email enquiries.
• Manage and process sales orders and quote requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a helpful, solution-oriented approach.
• Prepare quotes and follow up proactively to drive conversion and build customer satisfaction.
• Provide general administrative support to internal teams

Skills & experience:

• Min 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B or product-focused setting.
• Strong customer focus with a desire to deliver exceptional service
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Confident using web-based platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools.
