Your opportunity
We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team for 2 days per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a close-knit team, and being the face of a trusted dental practice.
Daily duties include but not limited to:
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice.
Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phone and email inquiries
Processing payments and managing health fund claims (HiCaps)
Maintaining accurate patient records
General administrative duties to support the clinical and management team.
You will succeed in this role because you:
Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Confidence using dental software (Oasis Dental software a bonus however training can be provided)
Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards our patients and team-members
Are a self-motivated individual with initiatives and keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities
